Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Modified from Taste of Home

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin

1 ½ cups canola oil

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

2 cups chocolate chips (I used a full bag)

Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, powder, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

Put into muffin pans.

Bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes or until done.
