Perfect Pork Chops

Modified from The Fix-it and Forget-it Cookbook

***Needs a crock pot***

2 small onions

2 3/4 thick, boneless pork chops, frozen [this has a whole list on the exact kind...which I totally ignored]

pepper to taste

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/4 cup hot water

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Cut onions into halves and place in bottom of crockpot. Sear both sides of frozen chops in skillet. Place in crockpot on top of the onions. Sprinkle with pepper. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Stir in mustard and pour into crockpot.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. [I'm going to cook this on next time from 6-8 hours because the sauce kind of ossified - I find that high always does that. Plus 3-4 hours? Who is gone only that long if you work?]
