Tuna Noodle Casserole

Modified from The Fix It and Forget It Cookbook

****Needs a crock pot****

1 (6 1/2 oz) can of drained tuna

1 (10 1/2 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup of milk

1 tbsp of dried parsley

5 oz frozen mixed veggies

5 oz noodles, cooked and drained

Combine tuna, soup, milk, parsley, and veggies. Fold in noodles. Put in crock pot (or if you're me...do it in the crock pot, why dirty extra dishes that you have to wash later).

Cook for 7-9 hours on low. Can also bake in the oven.

Makes 3 servings.
