Italian Herb Bread

Modified from West Bend bread book

***Needs a bread maker.***

1 1/2 cups warm water

2 tbsp butter, softened

4 cups bread flour

1 1/2 tbsp dry milk

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp tsp salt

3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Put in your bread maker in order recommended. Select basic setting, 2 lb.
