Orange Cake

Modified from Quick Cooking

1 package yellow cake mix

3/4 cup water

1/2 cup orange juice

2 eggs

2 tbsp canola oil

1/2 tsp grated orange peel

1 carton (6 oz) orange creme yogurt

2 cups whipped topping

1 cup diced strawberries

1 cup canned unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained

Coat 2 9 inch round baking pans with cooking spray.

Mix first 6 ingredients, beat on low speed. Fold in orange peel. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 24-26 minutes (variable, can be as low as 18 minutes) or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes then put on cooling rack

Combine yogurt and whipped topping in another bowl. Combine strawberries and pineapples separately. Layer cake with topping and fruit between the two layers and on the top.

Make 12 servings.
