Strawberries and Cream Crispy Treats

Modified from Rachael Ray Every Day

6 tbsp butter

1 bag (10.5 oz) plus 2 cups of mini marshmallows

1/2 tsp salt

6 cups strawberry-flavored crispy rice cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips (I used half a bag)

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries (my store has 1 oz bags (there are also 1.5 oz ones but they are much more expensive) and I used two of them)

Line 9 by 13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a large pot, melt better over high heat. Add bag of marshmallows and salt. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add in cereal and mix well. Then add in white chocolate chips, strawberries and 2 more cups of marshmallows. Stir until mixed.

Spread in prepared pans. Let stand for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
