Empathy Vision LLC offers empathy-training workshops, seminars, and online courses that teach the skill and value of empathy to healthcare professionals for the purposes of creating healthy workplace environments, producing better medical outcomes, and for helping organizations to exceed bottom line goals. Since historically the term “empathy” has meant many different things within a variety of academic disciplines and cultural traditions, our approach to empathy training is fundamentally pluralistic. This pluralistic approach gives health care professionals the opportunity to recognize the many different dimensions and contexts of patient interactions for the purposes of providing better care and saving money.
