Self–Other Awareness


"Self–other awareness consists of an ability to recognize and understand one’s own emotions and thoughts as well as distinguish the self from others. " (WAGAMAN + 2014)

2. Self awareness. “Even when there is some temporary identification between the observer and its target, there is no confusion between self and other.”
