Once powerful Puerto Rico's Rosselló Dynasty came tumbling down when Ricardo "Ricky Renuncia" Rosselló was ousted from power. This thread takes a look at the rise fall rise and absolute fiery crash of the Rosselló Dynasty.

We start with the 1988 Resident Commissioner's election Pedro "El Papá" Rosselló's first election. This election cemented him as a leading figure in the party since he was the candidate who got the most votes. Positioning him well for the parties presidency and gubernatorial nom.

The 1992 Election saw Rosselló enter into La Fortaleza. A Four point Landslide this election would see the beginning of a governorship that would be popular throughout the nineties but end in scandal.

Increasing his margin to 6.39% Pedro Rosselló's Popularity carried him easily into his second term this term saw the full implementation of the current PR healthcare system which leaves virtually no Puerto Rican without healthcare. this also saw privatization of gov corporations.

After Leaving Office Pedro Rosselló wanted a comeback, and without Incumbent Governor Sila María Calderón running there appeared to be an opening, however Rosselló lost narrowly to then Resident Commissioner Aníbal Acevedo Vilá(PPD-D).

Lastly we have the 2016 election of El Hijo Ricky "Renuncia" Rosselló. where by a 2.93% margin he beat Former Secretary of State of Puerto Rico David Bernier. Rosselló would become the only governor of Puerto Rico(so far) to not finish his term in office due to telegram-gate.
