Herein Biden improved on Obama in Westchester County, Northern Nassau, Midtown and Lower Manhattan, Roschester, the Albany subusbs, most of the Hudson Valley, the Hamptons as well as the scatering of College Towns in upstate NY
In terms of Congressional Districts, Biden did better than Obama the most in CDs 12, 16, 17, 3, and 25—and comparatively did the worst compared to Obama in CDs 21, 14, 8, 5 & 7
