the 2018 & 2022 Congressional elections, Held under a Blue wave and a Neutral National Year showcase the extent to which NJ's Congressional Incumbents and state environment are a Buoy for Democrats in the state.

Something best showcased by the swing map, in place where Democrats had a strong campaign (Such as in CD-01, CD-03, CD-07 & CD-11) Democrats were able to swing the left trending areas towards them compared to 2018
Whereas where Dems did not have as strong of an apparatus, such as CD-08, CD-10 CD-09, & CD-12 Democrats lost ground (or in the Case of CD-09't Bill Pascrell, lost their historic Crossover Support).
By Contrast, the NJ GOP's incumbents also Fared well, with Chris Smith (CD-04) Building upon his decent 2018 Showing and then Democrat now Republican Turncoat Jeff Van Drew inverting his performance from 2018 from a Strong Democratic Performance, to a Strong Republican one, with his home town of Dennis Leading the way.
