The 1996 Pennsylvania Auditor General's Election, The first election of Pennsylvania Political titan and Scion of former governor Bob Casey Sr, Bob Casey Jr was a 15.6% Route where he overperformed President Bill Clinton by 7% in terms of Vote Share and 6% in terms of Margin.
This election marked the beginning of the impressive career of Bob Casey where he has not lost a single general election and has only ever lost one primary, the 2002 PA Gubernatorial Primary against future Democratic Governor Ed Rendel
In his route, Casey Performed best in his Native Northeastern PA, Philadelphia, and the at the time traditionally democratic SWPA, in addition to having strong showings throughout Pennsylvania's rural areas.
The Only Areas Casey lost were in the legacy republican South Central Pennsylvania, Dutch Country, home to the county he lost by the Most, Lancaster, and the Socially liberal and traditionally republican Philly Collar Counties - at the time, unfertile ground for the Pro-Life Democrat.
Casey ended up winning 13/21 of Pennsylvania's 1992-2002 Congressional District to State Representative Bob Nyce's 8/21 Congressional Districts
In Terms of Senate Districts, Casey would end up carying 36/50 of the State's Senate Disticts to Nyce's 14/50
And Casey would end up carrying 136 of Pennsylvania's 203 House Districts to Nyce's 67 HDs out of 203
