I find that giving a discourse based on

religious text is a good way of showing

that religion has a lot to tell us, no

matter what situation we find ourselves

in. However, I am better at it now than

I was in the beginning. In those days I

lacked confidence, although it improved

every time I spoke in public. Also, I

found, as every teacher does, that there

is nothing like teaching to

help one learn.

我發現以宗教文獻為基礎來做開示,

是展現宗教能告訴我們很多東西的好方法,

無論我們發現自己處於什麼樣的狀態.

然而, 我現在比剛開始時做得好多了.

那時候我還缺乏信心,

雖然, 每一次的公開說話都讓我進步.

同時我也發現, 就像所有老師所做的,

沒有任何事比得上從教導中

來幫助一個人學習.
