Man and society are interdependent,

hence the quality of man’s behaviour as

an individual and as a participant in

his society is inseparable. Reparations

have been attempted in the past in

order to lessen the malaise and

dysfunctional attitudes of our social

world, in order to build a society which

is more just and equal. Institutions and

organizations have been established

with their charters of noble ideology to

combat these social problems. For all

intents and purposes, the objectives

have been laudable; but it has been

unfortunate that basically good ideas

have been defeated by man’s inherent

self-interest.

人類和社會是相互依賴的,

因此, 一個人的行為本質對於個人

或是對於身為社會的一份子, 是不可分的.

為了建立一個更公正平等的社會,

來減輕社會環境中不適當與不正常的狀況,

人類做了許多補救性的嘗試.

在挑戰這些社會問題的崇高理念下,

許多國際機構與組織被特許成立.

就所有的意圖與目的來說,

它們的用意都值得讚賞;

但不幸的, 至今這些好的想法,

基本上已被人類生來的自私心態打敗.
