Irrespective of whether we are

believers or agnostics, whether we

believe in God or Karma, moral ethics is

a code which everyone is able to pursue.

We need human qualities such as moral

scruples, compassion and humility.

Because of our innate human frailty

and weakness, these qualities are only

accessible through forceful individual

development in conducive social

milieu, so that a more humane world

will come into being.

不論我們抱持信仰或是無神論者,

不論我們相信上帝或相信因果,

道德規範是每個人都該遵循的準則.

我們需要人與生俱來的特質,

像是對於道德的顧忌, 同情心和人性.

但也因為生命本身的軟弱無力,

人的這些特質只能在有助力的社會環境下,

透過個人堅定的發展才能獲得,

而一個更人道的世界就能因此成形.
