Mr Evans has been coming into our class to teach us music. We have really enjoyed playing a variety of instruments. Each week, we learn something new and exciting! Developing our musical skills has been a lot of fun. Sometimes, we even get to sing along to our favourite songs while playing. Mr Evans always tells us to listen carefully to his instructions, as this helps us know what to do next. Music makes us feel happy, and we're always exctied for our next lesson. We appreciate Mr Evans for all the help and encouragement he gives us to become better musicians.

For World Mental Health Day, our class talked about how we can be kind to each other. We had a wonderful discussion about what a compliment means and why compliments make us feel good inside. The children shared their thoughts, and everyone agreed compliments can brighten our day and make us feel happy. After our discussion, each child created a special compliment card. They wrote three lovely compliments about a friend in our class. As they read their compliments aloud, we could see the smiles on their faces.
