We shared presentations of our hobbies and past times to encourage other children to participate in activities in the community. We discussed the benefits to our physical and mental health.

We identified what we believed our bodies need to survive.

We carried out research to identify the size of animal brains.

How do we hear?

In celebration of Deaf Awareness Week we researched how we can hear sound.  We created information sheets to inform others of how we hear. We discussed strategies that can be used for those that have hearing difficulties. 

How can sugary drinks affect our teeth?

We investigated the impact that sugary drinks have on our teeth. We discussed what drinks would be beneficial and help to keep our teeth healthy.

Design and create a Nature Reserve! 

We worked in small groups to research, design and create a Nature Reserve! We created logos, used alliteration and created maps with keys. We used persuasive language to write a speech and present our Nature Reserve's to Year 4.
