Dosbarth Pinc - Where Do We Come From?
Questions about Wales.
After talking about where we come from we thought of questions that we wanted to find out about Wales. In pairs we used the Chromebooks to find the answers to our questions and find the answer. We learnt how to insert an image into a google doc.
We also used the Chromebooks to research facts about Wales that we found interesting, and then shared them with the class. Did you know...?
St David's Day.
We researched St David and found out about his life and why he is the patron saint of Wales. Using the green screen we created an information video recalling what we learnt about St David.

Rocky Road Easter Cakes.
We followed the recipe and measured out the ingredients to make rocky road cakes. They were yummy!
Dosbarth Glas - Where Does Money Come From? Does It Really Grow On Trees?
The children completed a Pupil Voice sheet by providing questions they would like to research during the topic using Jam Board. Each child tyoed their own question and this was printed and glued into the front of their topic books. The children could refresh the questions at any point as well as check if we had been able to answer any as the topic progressed.

We talked about Wales, researched facts, created posters in our books and shared why we love Wales with eachother.
