Turkey Turnover

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chopped turkey, chicken or ham
or a combination of poultry and ham
1 small onion, chopped very fine
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Directions
Chop the turkey, chicken and or ham
Chop the onion
In a large mixing bowl mix the onion, mayonnaise,Dijon Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Add the turkey, chicken and or ham to the onion and mayonnaise mix and mix well
Add the grated cheese to the mixture and mix well
On a lightly floured surface, roll the puff pastry into a 12 inch square. Cut into 4 equal squares.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and place equal parts on each square
Brush the edges with water fold over and seal with the edge of your fork, careful not to pierce the pocket
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Transfer the turnovers to the prepared baking sheet
Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool 5 to 8 minutes before serving
