Asian Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped fine
Dressing
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Asian Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon Sriracha(to taste)
Garnish
1 cup Chinese Noodles
1 cup fresh green onion, fine chop with tops
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the bag of broccoli slaw, add the carrots, red onion and fresh mint.
In a mixing jar, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, mayonnaise, sesame oil and Sriracha.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture, mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
