Baked Country Ham

Ingredients

5 to 8 pound country ham

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cloves

3 tablespoons Dijon Whole Grain Mustard

1 cup honey

Directions

In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.

In a small bowl mix the honey and mustard.

In a heavy baking pan, place enough foil paper to cover the ham completely.

Place the ham on the foil paper.

Pour 1/2 of the honey and mustard mixture all over the ham making sure it is covered well.

Next sprinkle the brown sugar mixture all over the ham, making sure it is covered all over.

Then pour the remainder of the honey mixture on top of the ham.

Cover the ham with the foil paper.

Place in a 250 degree oven and cook 25 minutes a pound.

When the ham has cooked the suggested time, remove from oven.

Do Not remove the foil at the point. Let set for 15 minutes before removing foil.

Remove foil and slice to serve.
