Rosemary Butter

Ingredients

2 sticks or 1 cup of real butter, soft at room temperature.

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped fine

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon garlic

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix until completely incoparated and smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to use or leave at room temperature until ready to use, but not longer than 12 hours, then refrigerate.
