Apricot Glaze

Ingredients

2 cups Apricot Jam

2 tablespoons Harvest Course Ground Grey Poupon

1 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Option:

1 jalapeno, chopped very fine

Directions

Mix together and heat until hot and completely blended.

Apply according to baking directions.

This Glaze is great served on the side.
