Retro Grape and Celery Salad With Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients
2 pounds seedless red grapes
2 pounds seedless green grapes
3 cups celery, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
lettuce leaves for serving
Directions
Wash and dry the grapes, then place them into a large mixing bowl.
Chop the celery and add it to the grapes
With an electric hand mixer in a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until completely smooth and blended.
Pour the sour cream dressing over the grapes and celery, stirring to make sure it is all covered.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Suggest serving in a lettuce cup.
Will keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 days.
Optional: add chopped nuts
