Fresh Peach Ice Box Dessert

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1-8 ounce block cream cheese, softened

1- 14 ounce can condensed milk

1-8 ounce container of whipped topping

4 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

Directions

In a small bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs with the sugar. Place some of the cracker crumb mixture in the bottom of the serving dish. Saving some of the crumbs for garnish on the top of the dessert.

In an electric mixer bowl mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until creamy with no lumps.

Stir in the whipped topping until completely blended.

Fold, in the fresh chopped peaches, reserving some of the peaches for garnish.

Fill the serving dishes and garnish with the cracker crumbs, fruit and mint sprigs.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, best served cold. Refrigerate after serving.
