Greek Yogurt Pie

1 8 inch unbaked Pie Shell

1/4 cup sifted All Purpose Flour

1stick melted Butter cooled to room temperature

1 1/2 cups Sugar

3 Eggs beaten well at room temperature

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Lemon extract

Fresh grated Nutmeg

    • Mix flour, sugar, salt and melted butter.

    • Add the Greek Yogurt and beaten eggs and stir in the extracts. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Grate fresh nutmeg on top of the pie.

    • Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, until firm and set.
