Greek Yogurt Pie

1 8 inch unbaked Pie Shell
1/4 cup sifted All Purpose Flour
1stick melted Butter cooled to room temperature
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs beaten well at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Lemon extract
Fresh grated Nutmeg
Mix flour, sugar, salt and melted butter.
Add the Greek Yogurt and beaten eggs and stir in the extracts. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Grate fresh nutmeg on top of the pie.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, until firm and set.
