Mandarin Surprise Dessert

Ingredients

Serves 6 to 8

2 cups vanilla wafers, broken in pieces

1-8 ounce block cream cheese, softened

1 -14 ounce can condensed milk

4 tablespoons orange juice

1/2 cup orange marmalade

1- 8 ounce container whipped topping

1-1/2 cups Mandarin Oranges, drained

Directions

Break up vanilla wafers to fill 2 cups and place in a small bowl.

Place some of the broken wafers into each dessert cup.

In an electric mixer bowl mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until creamy with no lumps. Add the orange juice and mix well.

Stir in the marmalade and mix well.

Stir in the whipped topping until completely blended.

Fold in the Mandarin Oranges, reserving a few oranges for garnish.

Fill the dessert dishes and garnish with Mandarin Oranges and a sprig of mint.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve cold.
