Ingredients

4 cups mixed salad greens

Left Over Grilled Rib Eye Steak

Left Over Grilled Chicken With Garden Relish

Left Over Roasted Corn, Chilies and Peppers

3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Directions

Place the mixed salad greens on the bottom of the serving platter.

Slice the Rib Eye and the Chicken Breast and place down the center of the platter.

Place the Roasted Corn, Chilies and Peppers around the edge of the platter.

Place the Garden Relish around the bottom edge of the platter.

Place the Sliced Hard Boiled Eggs around the other edge of the platter.

Drizzle the Buttermilk Dressing over the salad.

Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup Buttermilk

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Dash hot sauce to taste

Directions,

Place all the ingredients into a mason jar and place the lid on the jar.

Shake the jar until all the ingredients have been blended.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
