The Green Holiday Salad

Ingredients

1 (3.4 ounce) lime jello

1 cup boiling water

1 (4 ounce) block cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple,drained

1 cup 7-Up

1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions

Dissolve the jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

In a small mixing bowl with an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, pecans, drained pineapple until completely blended.

Stir in the 7-up into the jello .

Add the cream cheese mixture to the jello and stir until blended.

Stiffly beat the whipping cream into the mixture until it is blended.

Chill in the refrigerator until completely set.
