Swiss Chard Saute'

Ingredients

1 bunch of Swiss Chard with stems about 8 to 10 cups

1 onion, chopped fine

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a very hot skillet heat the olive oil and begin to saute the onions and garlic.

Add the Swiss Chard with stems and saute just until wilted and tender.

Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir to blend.

Remove from heat and serve.
