Summer Harvest Bread

Miz Helen's Kitchen

3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup zucchini, grated

1 cup carrots, grated

1 cup ripe bananas mashed

3 eggs

1 cup cooking oil

2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix the dry ingredients together with the veggies. Add all the wet ingredients and mix well.

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

Let cool before serving
