Slow Cooker Chicken & Noodles

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients

3 large chicken breast, boneless and skinless

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon poultry season

1 teaspoon thyme leaves

1 (22.6 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

3 cups chicken broth

1 stick butter

1 (24 ounce) bag frozen Reames Egg Noodles

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, poultry season, and thyme leaves.

Sprinkle the season mix all over the chicken breast, covering front and back.

Place the seasoned chicken into the slow cooker.

In a mixing pitcher, mix together the chicken soup and the chicken broth.

Pour the soup and broth mix over the seasoned chicken.

Place a stick of butter on top of the mix.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours, or 4 hours on high.

Remove the chicken and shred it, then place in back into the liquid mix in the slow cooker.

Place the frozen egg noodles into the liquid mix in the slow cooker and mix well.

Cover the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours or 1-1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.

Serve hot with a nice crisp green salad.
