Pistachio Bundt Cake

Ingredients

1 (15.25 ounce) yellow cake mix

1 (3.4 ounce) instant pistachio pudding mix

4 eggs

1 cup ginger ale

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Baking Spray

For Garnish (option)

Whipping Cream

Fresh Fruit

Directions

In a large electric mixer bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix,eggs,ginger ale, and vegetable oil.

Beat on low for 1 minute, scrape the bowl.

Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

Spray the 10 inch bundt pan very well with a baking spray.

Pour the batter into the sprayed bundt pan.

Place the bundt pan into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the center will check clean on a toothpick.

Cool on a cooling rack before taking out of the pan.

Cool for at least 10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

Place onto the serving dish and glaze.

For The Glaze

1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 drops green food color

1 to 2 tablespoons water or milk

Directions

Mix well and drizzle overt the cake.

If you want a thiner glaze add more liquid.

Before serving garnish with whipping cream and fresh fruit if desired.
