Oktobertfest Pie

Ingredients

Cooking Spray

1 (14 ounce) Kielbasa Sausage, sliced

1 ( 14 ounce) can Bavarian Style Sauerkraut With Caraway Seeds

2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded

3/4 cup baking mix (I use Biscuit)

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup Canada Dry Beverage

2 eggs, beaten

Garnish

Yellow Mustard

Directions

Spray a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.

Layer the Kielbasa, Sauerkraut and cheese in the pie plate, then set aside.

In a mixing pitcher, stir together the baking mix, milk, Canada Dry, mix well.

Pour the liquid mixture over the cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove to a cooling rack and let cool for at least 15 minutes.

Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Garnish with yellow mustard.
