Monte Crirsto Sliders

Ingredients

12 sliders rolls

12 tablespoons raspberry preserves

1/2- pound turkey, deli sliced on number 2

1/2- pound ham, deli sliced on number 2

6 slices swiss cheese

1/2 cup butter, melted and divided

1 egg, room temperature, beaten

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Confectioners Sugar, garnish

Directions

Slice the slider rolls horizontally (keeping them connected) and place in the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Place one tablespoon of raspberry preserves on top of each of the bottoms of the rolls.

Spread the raspberry preserves across all the bottoms of the rolls.

Next layer, turkey, ham and swiss cheese.

In a mixing bowl whisk together 1/4 cup melted butter, and the beaten egg. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.

Spread the butter and egg mixture on the inside of the top rolls and place them very carefully on top of the sliders in the baking dish.

Brush the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter on top of the rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls tops are turning brown and the cheese is melting.

Remove from the oven and garnish with confectioners sugar.

Cut the sliders and serve hot.
