Mango Salsa

Ingredients

2 medium mangoes, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

1-1/2 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Garnish

Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Peel the mango and chop it, then place it into a medium size mixing bowl.

Add the bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.

Chill the salsa for at least 2 hours before serving.

Pour into the serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro.
