Ham and Pasta Casserole
Miz Helen's Kitchen
1 12 ounce package Large Elbow Macaroni cooked and drained
1 large Ham Steak cubed
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 10 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 10 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 4 ounce jar pimento chopped
1cup milk
1 12 oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Graded
Black Pepper to taste
Cook the Macaroni according to package directions and drain well
Cube the Ham Steak and Chop the Onion
Saute the onion in the Olive Oil
Mix the Mushroom Soup, Chicken Soup and the Milk and add the mixture to the onion and mix well.
Add the chopped Ham, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese into the mixture and over medium heat stirring until the cheese is melted into the mixture
Add the pimentos and stir well
Combine the Soup and Ham mixture with the macaroni and mix well
Pour into oiled 9X13 baking dish and top with the Cheddar Cheese
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted
