Grilled Peaches with Spicy Vanilla Sauce

To prepare the peaches cut in half leave the peeling on take out the seed
Drizzle the peaches with your favorite honey, I used a lavender honey
Now we head out to the grill.
Requires a hot grill about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
The Sauce
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup honey, I used Lavender Honey
2 vanilla beans or 11/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of fresh grated nutmeg
dash of salt
Mix all the ingredients and pour into saucepan. Heat the sauce, but do not boil.
Strain the sauce and cool before serving.
Pour the sauce over the grilled peaches
