1 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fresh dill weed
Directions
The Corn
Pull the shuck back and remove as much of the hair as possible, then put the shuck back in place.
In a large tub of water soak the corn in the shuck for at least one hour, before grilling.
Place the corn on a hot grill and grill until the kernels are tender and the shuck is charred.
For The Dill Butter
Place the soft butter in a mixing bowl and beat the butter until completely smooth.
Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill weed, mix until completely blended.
Place in a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
This butter is delicious and it can be used to season different dishes to enhance the flavor.
When the corn comes off the grill, pull back the shuck and place a dipper of butter on each ear of corn, eat it while its hot, it is a very special treat!
Enjoy!
