Greek Chicken Salad

Ingredients For Salad
1 medium head Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried, and chopped
4 cups tomatoes,chopped
3 cups cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion, sliced into thin rings
3/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped
1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 lemon, juice from one lemon
Ingredients For Dressing
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced fine
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped
Ingredients for Chicken Marinade
2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill leaves
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
2 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions For Salad
In large bowl mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber,olives and half the feta cheese.
Directions For Dressing
In a small bowl mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar and olives mix until well blended.
Complete The Salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well, squeeze the lemon juice over the salad mix slightly.
Add the remaining feta cheese to the top.
Serve Chilled
Prepare Chicken
Add all the ingredients of the marinade to a large zip lock bag and add 4 skinless chicken breast. Make sure that all the chicken is covered well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Remove the Chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the chicken on a hot grill.
Chill the chicken and slice into strips.
Add it to the top of the salad.
Serve chilled.
Greek Chicken Salad Pita
Stuff the salad with the chicken into the pita and enjoy!
