Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 eggs, hard boiled and peeled

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3/4 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Half the boiled peeled eggs and remove the yellow with a spoon keeping the white of the egg in tact.

Put all the yellow's into a mixing bowl

Mix the Mayonnaise and yellow mustard well

With a fork, break up the yellows until they are very fine

Gradually add the Mayo and Mustard mix a little at a time and mix well

When the yellow has reached the right consistency then add the pickle relish, salt and pepper and mix well

Load the yellow mix into a piping bag or using a spoon fill the egg half's with the yellow mix

Garnish with: Paprika, Chives, Bacon, Cheese or any number of creative toppings

Keep refrigerated until time to serve
