Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients

3 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded

1 small purple onion

1 (10 ounce) can of Rol Tel

1/8 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 envelope of Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and lightly process until desired consistency.

Serve with Corn Chips

Recipe Tip

This salsa is delicious on burgers, grilled chicken, pork and beef.

Will keep in the refrigerator for about 7 days.
