Chunky Haystacks with Shoestring Potato Chips

Serves 24

Ingredients

6 ounces quality milk chocolate chips

6 ounces quality cinnamon chips

2 1/2 cups shoestring potato chips

1/2 cup peanuts

1/2 cup cashews

1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

In a large bowl, microwave chips until melted, stirring once through. (Don't overheat and scorch.)

Stir in rest of ingredients, and drop onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets by rounded tablespoons, mounding a bit to form little "haystacks".

Chill until set.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Recipe Tip

I used my hands to toss the ingredients to completely cover the shoestring potato chips.
