2 cups Apricot Jam

2 Tablespoons Harvest Course Ground Grey Poupon

1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Option: 1 Jalapeno Pepper diced fine

Mix all the ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat until hot, do not boil.

Pour into serving pitcher and let cool to room temperature before serving.
