Cyclofosfamide (Endoxan): leukopenie of neutropenie, infecties (vaak luchtwegen of urinewegen), infertiliteit, amenorrhoe, kanker (met name blaaskanker en leukemie), hemorrhagische cystitis, alopecia, myelodysplasie, longfibrose, hypogammaglobulinemie
Glucocorticoiden: osteoporose, candida (oraal en vaginaal), andere infecties, gewichtstoename, spierzwakte, diabetes mellitus, hypertensie, Cushingoid uiterlijk, huidatrofie, cataract, glaucoom, pancreatitis, stemmingsverandering, psychose, ulcus ventriculi/duodeni
Azathioprine (Imuran): misselijkheid, beenmergsuppressie, hepatotoxiciteit, infectie, hypersensitiviteit, kanker, alopecia
Methotrexaat: misselijkheid, orale ulcera (stomatitis), beenmergsuppressie, hepatotoxiciteit, pneumonitis, infectie, hypertensie
Mycofenolaat mofetil (CellCept): infectie, leukopenie, gastrointestinale klachten, anemie, trombocytopenie.
Rituximab: infusiereacties, infecties (m.n. encefalitis is gevaarlijk), kanker, anemie, (late-onste) neutropenie, trombocytopenie, hypogammaglobulinemie, progressieve multifocale leukoencefalopathie (PML), reactivatie hepatitis B/TBC
