Brief chat with neighbor B’ra as I was buying cornflake चिवडा and tropical mix from اپنا بازار. Light rain.

Hot young man on 73rd St. (2878–80).

34th Ave. (2881–97). Windswept leaves (2881–82). Men carrying a mattress or box spring through the streets (2883–85). Great autumnal colors in the photos of JH G’market (2886–97). Don C. (See iPhone notes.)

79th St. (2898–2900). EHSQ at the Garden Sch. “Pasta night” sign and other (2900). תאומא said that the reason women voted for the current president is because they don’t trust other women (i.e., blaming internalized sexism rather than assuming they’d made any reasoned decision).

34th Ave. (2901–07). JH G’market again (2903–07).

The wind made the barricades on 75th St. (2908–09) appear to be moving on their own, but only before I started recording.

Jogger on 35th Ave. (2910).

Returned to sleep for about another three or four hours.

37th Ave. (2911, 6529–36). Excited dog (2911). Visited F’town because KLD was closed and bought nothing, but photographed a fellow customer (6529–33) and barely noticed cute J’tin sitting at the customer‐service register as I was walking out. Cute twink was on the bench right outside fondling his dog before I’d entered and after I’d left.

Northern Blvd. The man who made my sandwich in HGD was young and Arab and not obese, so I feel I should mention him. He was slow, told me they had Swiss cheese when they didn’t, couldn’t identify the everything בײגל as such and had to be reminded about aspects of my order. The resulting salsa Turkey sandwich cost only four dollars (five dollars with the two fifty‐cent sweets, a chocolate‐chip creme pie and a chocolate‐chip brownie) but it turned out to be a little skimpy. I bought frozen pocket sandwiches at MT and was not particularly interested in their one male cashier. Extremely hyperactive dog calmed down when I started recording video (2912).
