– Great character! You’re probably already aware, but Lord Dunsany died in 1957, so his works (and thus his characters) are not {yet} in the public domain in their country of origin, be it the UK or Ireland, or in the EU, only in the US and in countries like Canada (where I see you live) where works enter the public domain only fifty years p.m.a. rather than seventy.
