Cor. was bending over by the curb dealing with recyclables so I couldn’t resist bopping him on the posterior with my shopping bag as I passed. We commented on the unseasonably warm weather and I forgot to joke that going to the roof deck would be nice.

Bought much needed and unneeded merchandise, including facial tissues, outlet covers and frozen fish, from DT, Queens Blvd. (6203–07). Group of young men there briefly; fairly cute tall slender brown one addressed as Amr by another. Two seniors who unexpectedly encountered one another both said they were *copastetic rather than copacetic. Customer ahead of me on line had a tremendous amount of items, mostly canned food, that she could not load on the belt in a timely manner, so wise (and pregnant) cashier Nayrobi took me ahead of her.
