Commentary

– I can do a little research, but as far as I’m aware, the Center for Inquiry was the only group (other than the City Congregation for Humanistic Judaism) to actually march, and they haven’t done so since 2015 after terminating nearly all of their social activities. (01:29)

– If you’re awake only sixteen hours in a day, I would think thirteen times would start to blend together, especially if you enjoy edging. (01:57)

– You’re partly Caucasian? Maybe you’re of Mountain Jewish background. (19:05)

– Family Tree DNA have a specific category for the Jewish diaspora that is not a subcategory of European, but they nevertheless only include Ashkenazim and Sephardim. Mizraḥim are instead in the Middle Eastern category. (My Mizraḥi ancestry was in the Anatolian subcategory.) (19:08)

– That was not my experience. My results had a separate Jewish Diaspora category that was not a subcategory of anything else, but it only included Ashkenazim and Sephardim, with Mizraḥim in the Middle Eastern category instead. (19:19)
