Second Ave. Duke’s, pt. 2. Karaoke (2998), but the host’s laptop computer broke down before I was able to sing. Jon., K’yae, K’von and I fled the scene and rushed to the subway station after A’ta once again started her anti‐white invective. On the Q, Jon., told me she’d done the same thing last week.

At transfer point, Jon. handed me a compliment.

37th Ave. There were indications of a cute worker in FD as I passed it on my way to F’town and my way back therefrom. Beforehand, I saw him leaning with his back against the front window, and afterwards, I saw him walking from one spot to another but mostly obstructed by things that my gait wound up keeping between us. (Maybe it was the one I mentioned last month.) When I entered F’town, I walked perpendicularly across all the cashier lanes on my way to the frozen food section (for chopped spinach) and saw no male cashiers. Then in the meat section (for sliced, packaged roast Turkey), my smartphone ran out of power before I could check in. Then as I approached the cashiers to check out (23:53), there was neighbor B’ra in the closest lane with her adorable friend behind her! I got right behind him and comically told her to hurry up with her use of the credit/debit machine and she comically told me to shut up. Her friend, who I didn’t realize until this day has some accent with tapped ars and an emphasis on “long” vowels and who was eating pizza from a small pizza box, was entertained by the exchange. He also told me he remembered me. I should have been more aggressive with him but I also didn’t realize they’d be leaving without any further chatting with me. (I saw J’tin as cashier of another lane, but I didn’t much care when B’s friend was there.)
